He is responsible for managing the company's affairs and has a successful track record since 2002.

Kafoutchoni Ange Oba
Chief Financial Officer

Ange, with an MBA in Finance and Audit, has over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. He has held senior positions at major public accounting firms and worked on projects in Europe and Africa. Ange is a member of MACPA and CFE and is completing his CPA and CFE designations. As BuildSol's Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the company's financial strategy.

Dionne Wallace
Director, Special Projects and Asset Management

Dionne brings 24+ years of finance, accounting, and budgeting experience from both the government and private sectors. She has worked in the construction and banking industries and holds a Master's Degree in International Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.

Mallory Randazzo
Director, Real Estate Strategy and Business Operations

Mallory has 10+ years of experience in Retail Banking, managing both corporate and branch operations. She transitioned to the private finance sector, managing $750M+ in construction funding in the last 2 years. In her previous engagement, her strategic analysis skills helped spearhead a new Wholesale division, partnering with funding brokers nationwide.

Danting Luo
Manager, Analysis, Acquisition and Funding

Danting has a Masters' Degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and over six years of Real Estate Planning and commercial development experience in in overseas markets, including the UK and China. She brings specialized skills and experience from her last engagement with JLL.

Project Administrator and Client Services

With 20+ years of experience in private and local government sectors in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, Red is a seasoned client services professional. She's a licensed Realtor and Title Insurance Producer with expertise in real estate, known for her professionalism and exceptional service.

Mahdi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Dual Masters in Information Systems Management & Construction Management from George Washington Univ. He has an MBA from Western International University, a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, as well as completed post-graduate leadership programs at Harvard and MIT.

With 23+ years of experience in construction management and architecture design, Charles has managed various projects both in domestic and overseas arenas, including residential homes, commercial (airports, banks, restaurants, churches), infrastructure, and wastewater treatment plant. He possesses strong management skills, adeptness in value engineering, and other construction tasks.

Project Manager

Chris Fegans is a licensed and insured residential builder with 18 years of construction experience since 2008. He specializes in custom homes in Atlanta within the price range of $600k to $1.5 million. His clients include Regions Bank, Bank of North Georgia and Bank of America, and he has developed community amenities and built homes on private land for individuals.
